Press and hold SOS on the home screen. If you have set up Shake-to-SOS, shaking your phone three or four times works too, without unlocking the screen.

A countdown you can stop
Nothing is sent yet. A short countdown runs first, so an accidental press costs you one tap on Cancel. In a real emergency, tap Skip and it goes immediately.

Your trusted contacts are alerted
The people you chose get your emergency status and your live location by SMS and in-app notification — not a generic message, a map that keeps moving.

Verified helpers nearby are notified
Luraea users near you who have turned on Helper Mode are alerted. Only identity-verified users can be helpers, and you see a helper profile before you accept anyone.

Evidence records itself
Audio, video if you enable it, and your GPS coordinates upload in real time to private encrypted storage only you can open. If the signal drops, it queues and syncs when it returns.

It stays live until you are safe
Your location keeps broadcasting until you tap I'm safe now. Your contacts are told the moment you cancel, so no one is left guessing.
